As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a student with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning activities and build positive relationships with staff and peers. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised support strategies and behaviour plans.
