TwoSix Recruitment are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a busy technical support team.
You'll support a varied customer base, dealing with different technical issues every day and building your experience across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, Wi-Fi and wider IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Providing 1st Line IT support by phone, email and remotely
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Managing support tickets from initial contact through to resolution
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity problems
- Supporting LAN/WAN and managed Wi-Fi
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their tickets
- Escalating more complex issues to the wider technical team
- Working to agreed SLAs
- Keeping accurate notes on the ticketing system
You'll ideally already have experience in a 1st Line IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk role and be confident dealing directly with customers.<...
