1st Line IT Support — Remote & Desk, BSL Training

Sign Language Interactions Ltd. is seeking an IT Technical Support I (UK) to provide 1st line IT support to customers, staff, interpreters, business partners and British Sign Language users.

You will maintain accurate records, troubleshoot IT issues, and work as part of a global IT team handling deskside and remote support. The role requires knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, macOS/iOS, Android, Networking, and Telephony, with website administration familiarity (WordPress, hosting, analytics).
