This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our workforce in the newly established Supplementary Staffing Team. The Supplementary Staffing Facilitator will play a crucial role in setting up and embedding efficient processes which will be followed by all departments across the organisation.

This post is fixed term for 9 months and we will accept hours per week of 22.5 - 36.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to allow them to collaboratively engage with stakeholders to develop efficient processes. Microsoft Excel and analytical skills will be required to extract and scrutinise data from the systems used to identify trends and potential problems to allow them to put plans in place to reduce the impact of these problems.

Our team operate in a hybrid manner, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office. In person presence is required so this post cannot be worked on a fully remote basis.

The successful candidate will be provided with a robust training programme on day one to support them to gain an understanding of NHS Scotland working practices and the processes followed by the Supplementary Staffing Team.
