2nd Line Support Engineer

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a 2nd Line Endpoint Engineer to join a NHS Trust on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * Provide 2nd line technical support to customers across Norfolk and Suffolk. * Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Provide remote and on-site technical support where required. * Maintain and improve computer hardware and software to support customer productivity. * Troubleshoot a range of desktop, laptop and end-user technology issues. * Respond to incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service. * Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and work collaboratively with other IT teams. About You * Experience providing 2nd line technical support. * Good knowledge of desktop hardware and software. * Experience supporting end users both remotely and face-to-face. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
