£26,500–£32,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION - Birmingham

We’re looking for an experienced 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join our busy, fun and fast-paced team.

As a 360-degreeRecruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own 360 desk, build client relationships, source candidates and win new business across the Industrial, Logistics & Commercial sectors.

• Source, recruit and interview candidates
• Win new business and develop existing clients
• Build strong client & candidate relationships
• Make outbound calls and attend client meetings
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Negotiate salaries and complete compliance checks

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be confident, energetic, commercially minded and target-driven, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.

Recruitment experience is preferred, particularly within Industrial, Logistics or Commercial recruitment.
