HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver – Warrington, Cheshire - New Passes Welcome People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering £15.25 per hour , overtime paid at £16.25 per hour after 42 hours , Monday to Friday work, immediate starts, paid induction, full training, and genuine long-term opportunities with a leading company. This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, C1 Driver, Category C1 Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver, or Truck Driver . Shifts • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday shifts during busy periods)  • Start times between 05:00 – 06:00  • Approximate shift length of 8–10 hours  • Ongoing full-time work Rates of Pay • £15.25 per hour  • £16.25 per hour after 42 hours (Overtime)  • Weekly pay Benefits As an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver , you will receive: • Ongoing work with a leading company  • Weekly pay  • Full training provided  • Paid site induction  • Immediate starts available  • Consistent Monday to Friday working pattern  • Approximate 8–10 hour shifts  • Supportive team environment  • Genuine long-term opportunities Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver , your duties will include: • Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently  • Completing between 12 and 25 deliveries per shift to commercial properties across the North West  • Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift  • Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time  • Taking photographs to confirm successful deliveries  • Communicating professionally with customers at delivery locations  • Resolving customer queries and reporting any issues promptly to management  • Adhering to all transport legislation and company procedures Essential Skills As an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver , you will need: • New passes welcome  • A valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence  • A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card  • No more than six penalty points for minor offences  • No DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99 endorsement codes  • No major endorsement codes  • Strong customer service and communication skills  • Good punctuality and timekeeping Desirable Experience • Previous experience as an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, C1 Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver, LGV Driver, or Truck Driver would be beneficial; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
