The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Durham area.

We are looking for multiple 7.5 Tonne drivers to join the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am starts Pay Rates: £16.05 PAYE Per Hour Location: Durham, DH1 1TF (please note that the site will be relocating to DL1 3NL) J ob Type : Temp to perm The role: Up to 30 deliveries/ collections a day Manual handling heavily involved including loading and unloading parcels at depots and customer locations.
Handling devices and company software to update delivery statuses Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring road worthiness and compliance with company standards.
Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road.
Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Requirements: Full UK licence with 7.5 tonne entitlement (CAT C1) New pass welcome to apply Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
Excellent communication skills.
