Part of Gallagher’s national Retail, Leisure, and Hospitality Practice, this role is integral to delivering exceptional client service and driving strategic growth across our specialist sectors. Representing Corporate and Mid-Corporate UK and International clients, you will lead a risk management-led service proposition, harness our niche expertise and deliver tailored solutions to address the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients.

Strategic Client Relationship Management
Lead the development and management of high-value client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, anticipate future requirements, and deliver innovative, tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
Renewal & Policy Management
Provide expert guidance to Account Executives, ensuring technical excellence and the resolution of complex queries.
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and converting high-value opportunities in collaboration with internal and external sales teams.
Insurance Solutions & Risk Management
Provide expert advice across a diverse range of insurance products and risk management solutions.
Partner with clients to develop and implement robust risk management strategies that align with their business objectives.
Champion adherence to compliance, regulatory, and due diligence standards across all client engagements.
Proactively manage escalated queries and ensure timely resolution of complex issues, including debt management.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to provide clients with cutting-edge insights and solutions.
Proven track record in a Senior Account Executive role within our specialisms.
Developed industry knowledge and networks.
Extensive knowledge of insurance products, markets, and placement strategies, with a focus on complex and high-value accounts.
Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a commitment to team development and fostering a high-performance culture.
Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as required.
