Account Manager Location: Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster (Hybrid) Salary: £33,000 + Uncapped Commission Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and turning performance data into growth strategies? A fast-growing player in the Amazon brand management space is looking for an Account Manager to join their Client Management team. This is a business with a strong pipeline and high conversion rate — meaning you'll be stepping into an environment built for success, working with clients who are already invested in growth. The role: Act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted, long-term relationships Lead conversations on sales strategy, performance insights, and growth opportunities — including upselling and cross-selling Use accurate performance data to deliver clear, actionable feedback on sales trends, fulfilment rates, and account progression Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded Meet clients face-to-face, via video call, and email — building relationships across every channel What we're looking for: Experience in Amazon Vendor, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer sales is highly desirable Strong relationship management and client-facing experience An analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and performance metrics Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach Genuine interest in e-commerce and the Amazon ecosystem A sharp communicator who's confident bringing ideas to improve process and client experience What's on offer: £33,000 basic + uncapped commission based on client growth and success Monday–Friday, 37.5 hrs/week (including a Friday half day) Hybrid working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Enhanced sick pay Employee Assistance Programme If you're looking to join a collaborative, high-performing team with real earning potential and a genuine growth trajectory.
