Account Manager – Data Centre | Temp to Perm Chiswick, West London Perm - Upto - £80,000 / Temp-to-Perm - £41.50 Monday – Friday | Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a fantastic Facilities Management business, working on a high-profile data centre site in Chiswick. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded company that genuinely invests in its people, offering the successful candidate a clear route into a long-term permanent position. The Role As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FM services across the site, ensuring excellent operational performance and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day FM service delivery across the data centre. Leading and supporting engineering and facilities teams. Managing PPM and reactive maintenance delivery. Ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained. Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors. Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and client requirements. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Managing budgets, costs and additional works. Producing reports and attending client meetings. Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. Ensuring the site is maintained to a consistently high standard.
