The Role As a Road Freight Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring road freight operations run efficiently from booking through to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term client relationships. Monitor account performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. Analyse financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate customer shipments from initial booking through to final delivery. Maintain high service standards across existing accounts.
