KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER HVAC | Controls | Building Automation | Energy Optimisation £75-80K Basic + Bonus + Benefits An excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager who enjoys developing strategic customer relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term, sustainable growth. We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with technical credibility – someone capable of taking ownership of major accounts, strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities across HVAC, controls and building automation. Joining a market-leading engineering technology business, you'll work with innovative control, automation and optimisation solutions designed to improve building performance, energy efficiency and operational reliability. The Opportunity You'll take ownership of established key accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the range of solutions and services delivered. Working with contractors, OEMs, consultants, system integrators, engineering teams and end users, you'll build relationships across the wider HVAC and building controls market, influence specifications and develop new project opportunities. This isn't a transactional sales role. It's a strategic, technically led account management position where you'll combine industry knowledge, relationship building and commercial thinking to deliver long-term growth
