Account Support Representative

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Site Account Representative to become the face of FLS across mining operations in Western Australia.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spending time with customers, solving problems, and creating opportunities. You might currently work in industrial sales, customer service, recruitment, retail leadership, trade supply, mining consumables, or another customer-facing role and be looking for a career in the mining industry.What matters most is your ability to connect with people, build trust, identify customer needs, and deliver outstanding service.As part of a global mining OEM, you will receive training, mentoring, and support to develop your technical knowledge while building a long-term career in account management and sales.Location: Perth or Kalgoorlie, Western Australia What You Will Be DoingBuild Strong Customer RelationshipsBecome a regular and trusted presence across assigned mining sitesDevelop strong relationships with operations, maintenance, planning, and procurement teamsBuild customer confidence through consistent communication and follow-upRepresent FLS professionally and positively at every interactionBe the Voice of the CustomerSpend time on mine sites understanding customer challenges and prioritiesGather feedback and communicate customer needs internallyEnsure customer requests and opportunities are followed through efficientlyHelp create positive customer experiences and long-term partnershipsIdentify New OpportunitiesLook for ways FLS can add value across products, services, and solutionsBuild connections with new contacts and stakeholdersSupport sales growth through proactive engagement and networkingWork with senior account managers and technical experts to convert opportunities into businessLearn and GrowDevelop an understanding of mining operations and mineral processingLearn about FLS products, equipment, and service offeringsReceive coaching from experienced sales and mining professionalsBuild skills that can lead to future Account Manager and Sales Leadership opportunitiesWhat We Are Looking ForWe are more interested in attitude and potential than technical experience.
