Accounts Administrator & Data Entry

Key Accounts Administrator Permanent £MondayFriday, 9am - 5pm Were looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join a growing commercial business and play a central role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Youll work closely with sales, operations and account management colleagues, developing a strong understanding of customers, products and internal processes. For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to develop into a Key Accounts Manager role over time. Youll be responsible for keeping customer projects moving smoothly and ensuring that customers receive clear, professional and reliable support throughout. Specifications: Produce accurate specification documents for bespoke projects. Place and track supplier orders, ensuring requirements are met and projects stay on schedule. Identify potential issues early and take action before they affect the customer or project. Administration: Maintain accurate records, information and documentation across multiple live projects. Youll be the person helping to connect what the customer needs with what the wider business is delivering. Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or administration, preferably in a role involving both customers and operational coordination. The resilience and composure to manage several live projects at once. Good working knowledge of standard office software, including Excel and Outlook. Experience with CRM or quoting systems would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an opportunity to join a growing business in a role with genuine variety, responsibility and progression.
