As our business continues to grow, the Finance team plays a vital role in ensuring we have the financial controls, insight and operational support needed to deliver outstanding healthcare services.
As Accounts Assistant / Ledger Controller, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day Sales and Purchase Ledger functions, ensuring invoices, payments, reconciliations and financial records are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Commercial, HR and Finance, building strong relationships internally and externally to help keep the business running smoothly.
This is more than a transactional finance role. You'll be encouraged to identify improvements, challenge existing processes and contribute to the development of an efficient, scalable finance function that supports a fast-paced, growing healthcare organisation.
