This role offers broad exposure across finance and operations, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their experience within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.
The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting the finance function, with responsibilities spanning accounts payable, stock reconciliations, month-end activities, and financial administration.
Working closely with both finance and operational teams, you will help ensure accuracy across financial and inventory records while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities Reconcile stock records across warehouse, production, and finance systems.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and supplier queries.
Process supplier invoices and payments within agreed deadlines.
Produce purchase orders and support procurement activities.
Assist with cashflow reporting and supplier payment runs.
Complete supplier statement, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support month-end processes and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and manage a shared finance inbox.
Identify and implement process improvements where appropriate.
Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team.
About You: Previous accounts experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with stock reconciliations and inventory management.
Strong Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Accounting qualifications or studies would be advantageous but are not essential.
