StormX Recruitment is delighted to be working with a valued client based in Witham who is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis with an immediate start available.

This role offers flexibility, with 15–20 hours per week and working days/hours to be agreed. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase ledger invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Completing bank reconciliations and managing the company cashbook.
• Supporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments.
• Monitoring and responding to the shared finance inbox.
• Providing day-to-day support to the Finance Assistant.
• Assisting with general finance administration and ad hoc accounting duties as required.

You will need to be available to start a role immediately or within a few days.
