Accounts Senior

Your new company A well-established and highly respected independent accountancy practice based in Merseyside is looking to appoint an Accounts Senior to join its growing team. Your new role As an Accounts Senior, you will manage a varied portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services. Your duties will include: Preparing statutory accounts for a wide range of limited companies Producing management accounts and financial reports Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Assisting with corporation tax computations Liaising directly with clients and providing day-to-day business advice Supporting junior team members and reviewing work where appropriate Building and maintaining strong client relationships What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will: Be AAT qualified, ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment Possess strong accounts preparation skills Be confident managing client relationships Have excellent communication and organisational skills Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to your work What you'll get in return Competitive salary dependent on experience Flexible and hybrid working options Free on-site parking Study support where required Genuine opportunities for career development and progression Supportive and friendly team culture Exposure to a varied and interesting client portfolio What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
