Our client, a successful and growing accountancy practice is recruiting for an Accounts & Tax Manager to join the rural accounts and advisory team at the firms Banbury office. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified, and /or CTA.

The varied client base includes landed estates, farms and rural businesses, and equine and bloodstock and as Accounts & Tax Manager you will provide a bespoke accountancy and tax planning services to each client.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in developing the team, both through business development and staff development.
As Accounts & Tax Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of rural clients which will involve significant internal liaison, meetings with clients, approve technically robust tax computations, identify technical issues, deliver complex tax advisory outcomes, maintain technical knowledge, and provide exceptional client service in line with the firms Service Charter
