Admin Team Lead, Community Mental Health

NHS Orkney is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). This dual‑function role combines day‑to‑day leadership of the administration service with high‑quality medical secretarial support to Consultant Psychiatrists and adult psychiatry services.

You will supervise administrative staff, manage workloads, support induction and training, and coordinate diary, clinic appointments, and referrals, ensuring a responsive, patient‑centred service.
