An established consultancy firm requires an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy team, working closely with the HR function to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support. Previous HR experience is not required.
The role:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Coordinating documentation and pre-employment checks
Liaising daily with senior stake holders
Updating databases and internal systems
Assisting with employee records, holiday and absence administration
Responding to general queries and directing more complex queries to the relevant member of the HR team
Organising meetings and supporting diary coordination
Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately and professionally
Providing general administrative support to the wider team when requiredAbout you
Previous administrative, office or customer-facing experience is desirable, but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A professional and approachable manner
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
