We are looking for a strong administrator to work as a
Fleet Administrator in our
Head Office
based in Exeter 37.5 hrs a week, with flexible start times between 8am and 9.30am working a 7.5 hr day, part time worker will be considered. On the job training available. Key Purpose of Role Fleet Administrator As part of a team you will involved with the repair process and aftersales support function working closely with the branches and third party repairers. This could includes progress chasing in relation to vehicles that are in our approved repair network, approving claims, grading vehicle damage and allocation of repair to local bodyshop. Managing your workload in line with Company procedures, to achieve an efficient, effective and economic repair resolution process. Main Duties Liaising with bodyshops and updating internal systems Support Defleet Repair Manager in building relationships and maintaining good rapport with repairers and customers in the network Working in line with the subcontract Bodyshop policy/procedure updates and service level agreements Liaise with external bodyshops and internal departments as necessary to ensure a smooth operation Support the Aftersales process, which could include authorising damage claims, dealing with buy back requests and raising purchase orders Producing & maintaining spreadsheets Dealing with telephonic/email queries to resolve issues promptly General administration duties Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required Repair or bodyshop admin desirable but not essential Good IT skills Good communicator
