Adult Services Coordinator — Flexible, Field-Based

Renfrewshire Council is seeking an Adult Services Coordinator to undertake assessment, review, rehabilitation, goal setting and care management including SDS, across the Renfrewshire area.

You will operate under the Council's Worksmart arrangements promoting mobile and flexible work practices from any council premises travelling throughout the Council area. You must be able to travel independently and use IT effectively, with strong communication and teamwork.
