Adult Services Coordinator | Flexible, Mobile Social Care

Renfrewshire Council is seeking an Adult Services Coordinator to work with Health and Social Care Professionals and the Care at Home service. The role involves assessment, review, rehabilitation, goal setting and care management including SDS, across the Renfrewshire area.

You will operate under Worksmart arrangements promoting mobile and flexible work from any council premises, travelling throughout the Council area. Training will be provided and a Disclosure Scotland check will be required.
