Adult Social Care Solicitor – Local Authority (Contract)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a specialist solicitor to provide high-quality legal advice to a local authority on Adult Social Care matters under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. The role includes Court of Protection work, litigation, drafting, and advocacy, with independent yet collaborative team involvement.

The post holder will work in a predominantly remote/hybrid environment in Solihull, with hearings remote and occasional office attendances.
