Adult Social Worker – London Borough of Lambeth Location: London Pay: £32.00 per hour Umbrella Contract: Full-time Locum Start: ASAP Working Pattern: Hybrid SW Locums is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the London Borough of Lambeth on an exciting full-time locum opportunity. Key Responsibilities * Manage a caseload of adults with care and support needs and carers. * Complete Care Act assessments, reviews and reassessments. * Develop person-centred care and support plans that promote independence and wellbeing. * Undertake adult safeguarding enquiries and develop appropriate safeguarding plans. * Apply the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 within practice. * Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, advocates and partner agencies. * Arrange appropriate care, support, equipment and services. * Prepare reports and assessments for meetings, panels and legal proceedings where required. * Maintain accurate records and ensure work meets professional and statutory standards. * Attend court and contribute to legal proceedings when required. About You We are looking for an experienced Adult Social Worker who is confident managing complex caseloads and undertaking assessments and safeguarding work.
