PAY & CONTRACT: £40£50/hr, with premiums up to ~£54 for urgent, evening and weekend sessions

THE ROLE: Independent assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated, undiagnosed presentations
Minor illness and on-the-day demand; telephone and face-to-face triage
Autonomous clinical decision-making and long-term-condition management
Prescribing within competence; referrals and safety-netting
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Essential: NMC registration V300 independent prescribing (or working towards) xwzovoh autonomous practice in primary/urgent care
EMIS Web or SystmOne.
Right to work in the UK
Desirable: MSc Advanced Clinical Practice minor-illness & long-term-condition clinic experience
