This is an ideal role for a Social Work professional with specialist experience in Kinship Assessments who is ready to bring their expertise to a forward-thinking children's service. The Opportunity You will work with children and families and play an important role in assessing and supporting kinship arrangements. The successful candidate must have: * At least 3 years' experience in a permanent Social Worker position * Strong experience working directly with children and families * Proven experience completing Viability Assessments * Proven experience completing Special Guardian Assessments * Proven experience completing Connected Carer Assessments Please note: Specific experience in Kinship Assessments is essential. Candidates with only generic fostering experience, without the required kinship assessment background, will not be considered.
