About the Role Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner level) to join its Safeguarding & Support Team. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to allocated safeguarding work in line with legislation, policies, and procedures. Undertake assessments in accordance with the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families. Develop and implement family-led restorative plans based on assessed needs. Work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and partner agencies. Promote participation and partnership working with children and their families.
