Advanced Skin Therapist - Central London Circa £34,000 + Commission We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Advanced Skin Therapist to join a growing, highly regarded skin health clinic in central London. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone confident delivering both holistic, massage-based treatments and advanced clinical procedures, who is passionate about achieving exceptional client outcomes and building long-term client relationships. Typical shifts run from 9:15am, with one late finish (9pm) per week. About the Role You'll thrive in this role if you genuinely love skin and are dedicated to continually expanding your knowledge. You enjoy creating personalised treatment journeys rather than delivering the same treatment every day, and understand that tailored homecare recommendations and comprehensive treatment plans are just as important as the treatments themselves. As a clinic offering both holistic and clinical treatments, we're looking for a therapist with genuine experience across both worlds - someone equally comfortable delivering massage-based holistic treatments as performing advanced treatments like microneedling, lasers, and peels. Treatments Include Holistic and massage-based facial and body treatments Bespoke facials Microneedling Laser treatments Chemical peels LED therapy Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments What We're Looking For Minimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or an equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, or luxury skincare environment Genuine experience in both holistic and clinical treatments - comfortable with massage-based treatments for face and body as well as advanced clinical procedures Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare Excellent consultation and communication skills, with confidence recommending treatment plans and homecare Professional, organised, and client-focused A positive team player with a genuine passion for skin health The Process Successful applicants will have an initial online conversation, followed by a practical trade test.
