Aerospace Logistics Agent

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area. Daily Duties:- * Customer services (Highest level) * Follow any new systems procedures within the department * To take job orders from clients, including routing, classifying of services and establishing deadlines * Updating clients with any flight and customs delays * Submitting proof of deliveries to clients * Resolving any queries * Offering clients the company's full portfolio of services * Building and maintaining relationships with clients * Communicate with service partners and keeping them all updated on shipments progress Required Experience:- * Experience in Aerospace field is preferred * Customer service experience within Airfreight * Knowldge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) * Good written and verbal communications skills in English Working hours are Monday - Friday 10am. - 7pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
