• Working as an After Sales Administrator within an established team
• Offering all types of support to the sales team within the business
• Managing all of the after sales enquiries from customers
• Managing a huge number of after sales calls from clients, solving problems and resolving all issues
• Organising quotations, checking stock, chasing orders and many other tasks
• Being part of an established, super busy team!
• Exposure to many different aspects within the business and lots of departments

The Successful Candidate:

• Any form of administration experience is required for this role
• Switched on! Able to manage a high volume of after sales calls
• Problem solving skills! This is essential! Manage the call, find the solution to after sales department
• You will have excellent communication skills along with excellent organisation skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks will be key to the success in this position
