Aftersales Manager £50,000 Basic Salary | £85,000 OTE Permanent | Full Time Monday to Friday | 08:00am – 6:00pm | No Weekend Work Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a large and established Aftersales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has spent at least two years in a similar leadership role and is confident managing a sizeable team, driving departmental performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 35 staff, with a strong focus on leadership, productivity, profitability and the overall performance of the Aftersales department. Duties & Responsibilities * Lead and manage an Aftersales team of approximately 35 employees. * Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the department. * Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability. * Monitor and manage key performance indicators and financial targets. * Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise individual and departmental performance. * Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and workshop performance. * Work closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives. * Ensure all operational, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained. * Deal confidently with customer escalations and resolve issues effectively. Your Background & Skills * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Aftersales Management role. * Proven experience managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales team. * Strong leadership and people-management skills. * Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive departmental performance. * Excellent understanding of Aftersales operations, KPIs and profitability. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to motivate and develop a large team. * Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.
