This is a newly created position and represents a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take ownership of the development of an Agriculture & Rural Affairs offering from the ground up.

Experience across areas such as agricultural property, farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, farming partnerships, succession planning, rural businesses, land management and estate planning is required.
The Opportunity
The firm is looking to invest in and develop its presence within the Agriculture & Rural Affairs sector and is seeking an experienced solicitor who can bring both technical expertise and a strong commercial mindset.
You will initially take responsibility for developing your own caseload and client relationships, whilst working closely with the firm's existing departments to identify opportunities to expand the firm's offering to agricultural and rural clients.
As the division develops, you will have the opportunity to recruit, mentor and lead a team, establishing the structure and direction of the department.
This could be an ideal next step for an established Agriculture Solicitor who is ready to move beyond fee-earning alone and take genuine ownership of a new area of the business.
