AI Claude Specialist Initial 6-month Contract, long term extension Fully Remote £700 - £800 per day, Inside IR35 We're recruiting on behalf of a global IT Services Provider who are looking for an AI Claude Specialist to support the adoption and ongoing development of Claude Cowork, helping users and stakeholders work more effectively with AI. This role requires hands-on Claude/Anthropic experience rather than general AI expertise; you will be building reusable solutions, improving productivity and sharing best practice across a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the adoption and ongoing development of Claude Cowork Build and maintain a library of reusable AI skills Coach stakeholders and users on how to get the most from Claude Identify areas of friction and develop practical solutions Translate hands-on learning into clear guidance and best practice Support the wider adoption of AI productivity tools Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve ways of working Requirements: Hands-on experience using Anthropic AI and Claude Proven ability to coach and enable users to work effectively with Claude Cowork, helping them get the most from the platform Strong understanding of AI productivity tools and their practical application Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills Experience translating AI capabilities into practical guidance and best practiceECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
