AI-Native Product Engineer

Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform from Edinburgh to help in-house teams move faster and work more efficiently. You’ll craft AI-native product features spanning frontend and backend, collaborating with design, product, and legal engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will own the development of workflows that leverage LLMs and structured data, ship rapidly, learn from users, and shape the architecture and tooling that underpins the product.
