UK-wide | Hybrid | DTCS / Digital & Data
Cyber Security is evolving. Help shape what comes next.
Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.
I’m working with a leading innovation and transformation consultancy that is growing its AI Security capability across the UK.
This is not an AI Engineer role, and it isn’t about building models.
They’re looking for Cyber Security Consultants who understand how organisations assess and manage risk, and who are increasingly interested in what happens when AI, LLMs and agentic systems become part of the technology estate.
The sweet spot is someone from a consulting or advisory background who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop into one of the specialists helping organisations secure the next generation of technology.
What you'll be doing
You'll work across traditional cyber security and emerging AI security challenges, helping clients understand risk and turn it into practical action.
This could include:
- Supporting cyber security assessments across cloud, applications, identity, data and infrastructure
- Advising clients on security architecture, risk and control maturity
- Supporting AI security and assurance assessments
- Threat modelling AI applications, LLM integrations and agentic workflows
- Assessing risks around prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool use and AI supply chains
- Helping clients develop practical AI security guardrails and governance
- Exploring how AI can safely improve SOC, detection, vulnerability management and incident response
- Translating technical risks into clear recommendations for technical and senior stakeholders
- Contributing to proposals, client presentations and wider advisory engagements
What we're looking for
We're interested in people with a solid cyber security consulting / advisory foundation and genuine curiosity around AI.
You'll ideally have experience across areas such as:
- Cyber Security Consulting
- Security Architecture
- Cyber Risk / GRC
- Cloud Security
- Application Security
- Identity & Access Management
- Security Operations
- Threat Modelling
- Security Assessments
And some exposure to AI, GenAI, LLMs or emerging AI security risks.
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, OWASP, MITRE ATLAS or ISO 27001 would be useful, but isn't essential.
Why this opportunity?
AI Security is moving quickly, and organisations are trying to work out how to adopt AI without creating a completely new attack surface.
You'll be joining a multidisciplinary consulting environment where you can work alongside cyber, AI, data, engineering and strategy specialists, giving you the opportunity to build a genuinely differentiated skillset. xwzovoh
