RAC Engineer (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) (Reading x1) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE & Qualifications) Location: Reading + Home Counties travel as required) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, 30-minute unpaid lunch) About the Role We are currently recruiting for three experienced RAC Engineers to join a growing engineering team supporting key education and commercial contracts across London and Reading. You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and compliance are maintained at all times. The role will primarily cover Reading-based college contracts, with occasional travel across the Home Counties to provide holiday and sickness cover where required.
