Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Aglow Climate Systems Ltd is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. We work across commercial and residential projects, installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems. Our work includes split systems, multi-splits and VRF installations, with a strong focus on Mitsubishi Electric equipment. The role You will be responsible for: * Installing commercial and residential air conditioning systems * Working on split, multi-split and VRF systems * Carrying out pipework, brazing, pressure testing and commissioning * Reading drawings and following installation plans * Working safely and professionally on customer sites * Completing job sheets, commissioning records and handover documents * Communicating clearly with customers, contractors and the Aglow team * Supporting maintenance and fault-finding work when required * Working alongside other engineers and installation teams Essential requirements * Proven experience in air conditioning installation * Current F-Gas qualification * Good understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems * Experience with copper pipework, brazing, pressure testing and evacuation * Full UK driving licence * Good understanding of site health and safety * Reliable, organised and able to work independently * Professional manner and good communication skills Desirable qualifications and experience * Experience installing Mitsubishi Electric systems * VRF installation experience, particularly City Multi * CSCS card * PASMA and IPAF qualifications * Manufacturer training or additional HVAC qualifications * Commercial fit-out or construction-site experience * Experience reading technical drawings * Experience completing commissioning and handover documentation What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Varied commercial and residential projects The opportunity to work with leading manufacturers A friendly, professional team Ongoing manufacturer and CPD training Opportunities for progression as the business expands A company that values clear communication, quality workmanship and customer service
