Anti-Social Behaviour (Community Safety) Officer (£39,369 per annum, full-time, permanent) Job Role Our community safety team is looking for a Community Safety Officer to assist the team with the management of anti-social behaviour (ASB), domestic abuse and tenancy fraud cases reported to the organisation You will have an understanding of community safety matters and how they impact our residents and communities. Reporting to the Community Safety Manager the successful candidate will be able to: Investigate cases of ASB and domestic abuse and support both the victim and the perpetrators Gather evidence of ASB and domestic abuse and use the relevant tools and powers available Gather evidence and investigate allegations of tenancy fraud Where required, work with our legal services team to take enforcement action Work closely with our partners both internal and external to help sustain tenanciesYou should have exceptional skills in handling difficult conversations, promoting resident responsibility for the behaviours of themselves, their households and their visitors, particularly as you’ll also manage some cases yourself to ensure a quick resolution for our residents. Location Details The role will be based in our offices in Sevenoaks or Swanley but we are open to flexible working and operate hybrid working, with full time employees averaging two days in the office per week.
