Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacotherapy Lead

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is seeking a Senior Pharmacist for the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program to lead corporate initiatives, promote safe and cost-effective antimicrobial use, and drive patient safety across SHN.

The role requires clinical leadership, guideline development, audits, and collaboration with Infectious Diseases physicians, Pharmacy Services, and informatics teams to improve outcomes and reduce resistance.
