Commercial architecture rewards people who like the technical detail as much as the concept. This is an ARB-registered Architect role on office and workplace projects, inside a long-established London studio that runs a mature BIM process.

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.

The Practice

This is one of the UK's longest-established architectural partnerships with offices around the UK. You would be working with a close-knit studio on large scale projects across multiple sectors, particularly commercial.

The Work

  • You will work on commercial and workplace architecture, with offices as the core of your project load.
  • You will produce and develop design and technical information in Revit as the studio's primary tool.
  • You will contribute to RIBA stages 2 to 5
  • You will coordinate with consultants to resolve design and technical challenges

What You Need

  • You must be an ARB-registered Architect.
  • You need solid working experience with Revit, used as a day-to-day production tool.
  • You need commercial experience, specifically on office projects.
  • You need the existing right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • You need to coordinate design and technical work with others and hold detail across a live project.
  • You will be comfortable spending your working week largely on site-based studio collaboration, with hybrid flexibility once settled.

What’s on Offer

  • The studio runs a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and up to two days remote, at manager discretion.
  • You can request to work abroad for up to three weeks a year, taken alongside annual leave.
  • Benefits include a bonus scheme, a cycle to work scheme, and life and wellbeing benefits.
  • Personal development support and regular social events are part of studio life. xwzovoh
  • New starters spend their first eight to ten weeks full-time in the office to settle in properly.
