This is an excellent opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to projects within the public and private sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architect who has experience working within the conservation sector to join their growing team in their Lichfield studio.

Deliver heritage and adaptive reuse projects from inception through to completion
Prepare listed building consent applications
Survey historic fabric and produce technical design packages
Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teamsSkills and experience for the role of Architect:
ARB registered
Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Experience working on heritage and conservation projects is essential
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Strong passion for heritage buildings, conservation principles, and historic preservation
Excellent drawing and design skills
Job running and contract administration experience is desirable
Desire to work towards AABC or RIBA Conservation accreditation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
