This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who wants to take ownership of projects, have the chance to work directly with clients and consultants, and play a meaningful role from concept through to completion. Responsibilities of the role

  • Lead and manage residential projects through all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical design, construction and project delivery.
  • Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Develop detailed drawing packages, planning applications, technical information and construction documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
  • Contribute to design development, technical problem-solving and project coordination.
  • Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and completion.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver thoughtful, sustainable and well-resolved architectural solutions.
  • Support and mentor junior team members as your responsibilities develop.
  • Play an active role in maintaining the collaborative and design-focused culture of the studio.


Requirements from you

  • RIBA-accredited Part 3 qualification.
  • Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages.
  • Strong technical ability and confidence producing construction information.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of project responsibilities.
  • Experience delivering residential projects within the UK.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, ambitious and collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
