Architectural Technician

As part of a growing technical team, you'll play a key role in delivering residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes, working alongside architects, contractors, project managers and clients to bring designs to life. The Role * Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings. * Manage your own portfolio of projects from concept through to completion. * Develop technical solutions that meet current building regulations and project specifications. * Liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle. * Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. What We Are Looking For * Experience in an Architectural Technician, Architectural Designer or similar technical role. * Strong AutoCAD skills. * Good understanding of current building regulations. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Experience within façades, glazing or residential construction would be advantageous. * Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential
