Architectural Technologist Location: Surrey Salary: £35-43,000 I am working with a highly regarded architectural practice to recruit an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Surrey. Working across the Residential, Healthcare and Education sectors, the practice has a strong commitment to sustainability and an ambition to achieve net-zero in the coming years. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the technical delivery and coordination of architectural projects. Produce detailed technical drawings, Building Regulations applications, tender documentation and construction drawing packages. Develop construction details and technical design information in line with project requirements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, Building Control, consultants and contractors. Assist with feasibility studies, planning applications and supporting documentation. Develop project specifications using NBS where required. Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations, legislation and relevant industry standards.
