Area Manager, Distribution Centre — Lead High-Impact Warehouse

Adidas is recruiting for an Area Manager at Trafford Distribution Centre. You will lead a key operational area, driving people development and performance while delivering best-in-class service to customers.

You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and continuous improvement across the area. The role requires strong leadership within a warehouse setting, experience with WMS/WCS systems, and the ability to adapt shifts, including night coverage when needed.
