About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join a successful and growing sales team. Covering the North Region, this field-based role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers across a technical distribution network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing their regional sales budget, and delivering exceptional customer support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salary: £47,000-£55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Bonus: Up to 15% annual performance-related bonus (MBO)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and develop accounts within a technical distribution channel.
- Produce accurate short-term sales forecasts and support product mix objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, quotation, and activity records using the company's CRM system.
