Your role

• You’ll make the sales territory your own, developing strategies and knowing exactly how to reach customers and your targets.
• You’ll be in regular contact with farmers, getting to know them and their needs, while building up a strong network in your area.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for farmers, finding out their potentials and showing them how smaXtec can make a real difference on their farms.
• You’ll take care of the entire sales process, from the first chat over a cup of tea to sealing the deal.
• Whether at trade shows, local farming events, or right there in the shed or parlour – you’ll represent smaXtec and our solutions.

Your Profile:

• Experience in the dairy sector, such as in agri sales, herd management or on farm experience.
• A passion for sales and building relationships – you know how to connect with people.
• A self-motivated and organised approach to your work, planning your own day-to-day activities.
• A willingness to get stuck in, whether it means standing in a parlour or walking the farm.
• An interest in making our innovative solutions known to farmers and helping them make their daily work easier.
• Clean driving licence and motivation for sales in the field.
